Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received them, and then contact us (because our emails are automated, they sometimes get blocked by spam filters, particularly if you are using a Hotmail email address). If you ordered an EAN-13 or UPC-A barcode number or barcode package, it will be delivered straight away. ISBN barcodes, EAN/UPC barcode images, and ITF-14 Carton Codes are also delivered straight away. Our other products need to be manually created before we send them; the turnaround time for those products is 24-48 hours during business days. If you don’t receive your product within 48 hours, please check your junk folder and then contact us.
